KUSD Middle School Teacher Fired, Then Later Allowed To Resign For Multiple Racist Remarks To Students

A middle school teacher named Marcus Gallo at Brompton has been fired. Two days later, he resigned. If that didn’t make sense to you, you aren’t alone. It didn’t make sense to KCE either. We were first tipped off about Marcus Gallo being placed on administrative leave for racist remarks on February 11, 2024. We asked KUSD to confirm this. They only confirmed that he was on leave. We then had to check in every once in a while. Obviously, KUSD doesn’t want the public to know about misconduct, so instead of updating the media, we have to make the same request repeatedly. On February 27, 2024, KUSD’s Chief Communication Officer, Tanya Ruder (D), told us “Mr. Gallo resigned from KUSD effective 2/21/24 and is no longer an employee of KUSD.” Ruder

Kenosha Judges Sentences Pleasant Prairie Pedophile To More Than 23 Years In Prison

A Pleasant Prairie man will be spending more than two decades in prison following his sentencing for very serious child rapes convictions. Andre Poventud, 58, pleaded guilty in February of Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child (At Least 3 Violations of 1st Degree Sexual Assault) and Possession of Child Pornography. He was initially charged with four felony sex offences on July 21, 2023, but the Pleasant Prairie Police Department, through further investigations, discovered other abhorrent acts. Five more charges were later added including adultery, which is rarely charged in Wisconsin. Poventud was convicted of sexually abusing a girl for seven years, starting when she was just 11 years old. He groomed her from the young age. When police started to investigate, Poventud told his victim to “not say a word.”

Indian Trail Orchestra Teacher To Be Given Plea Deal For Sex Crimes With Student – DA To Recommend 10 Years In Prison

A soon-to-be convicted pedophile and former Indian Trail High School orchestra teacher has accepted a plea deal recently and will be in court this week for a hearing. Nathan R. Gardner, 28, of Racine was charged with serious sex felonies on November 8, 2023: Gardner faced 97 years in the Wisconsin Prison System, however, Kenosha Police found more child pornography in Garner’s possession. Instead of adding the charges to Gardner’s docket, he was given a generous plea deal and the new charges won’t be filed. The DA will recommend 10 years in prison. This upcoming Thursday, Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Anthony Milisauskas will decide if he will accept the plea deal or not. Judges typically accept plea deals for judicial efficiency. Milisauskas could sentence Gardner on Thursday, but will

There Is One Man Mostly To Blame For Liberal Shift On County Board – Former Chairman Nudo: Opinion

People keep asking me the same thing – “What happened to the county board?” So many people, in fact, that I chose to write my opinion on what happened. Many share the blame – the local party, voters, but the lion’s share of the blame goes to one man – Gabe Nudo, the former Chairman of the board. Gabe was my friend for some 12 years. He became Chairman and thought he was my superior, like I had to ask permission to write about a certain subject. I was very confused. He then developed wild conspiracy theories about me joining forces with the county exec (who I’ve praised and criticized over the last two years) and other board members to “f— him.” It’s disappointing when elected officials start off with

The liberal nominee, Monica Yuhas garnered 12 votes and the conservative nominee, David Geersten garnered 9. Current chairman, Gabe Nudo, who was whipping votes for months to secure an unprecedented second term, was not nominated and thus could receive no votes. Two members were not yet sworn in and couldn’t vote. Democrats on the board will have a solid majority for the next two years. This comes after the 2022 election that placed conservatives in charge for the first

City Clerk Michelle Nelson administered the oath to Bogdala in his office on the third floor of City Hall. The short ceremony was attended by family and close friends. Former Cop Charged With Armed Bank Robbery, Bomb Threat – $250,000 Cash Bail

You’ve all seen it in the movies – the bad guy calls in a fake police call and robs a bank. All the police officers will be at the fake call and you can get away scot free, right? Not so fast, says Pleasant Prairie Police Chief David Smetana. “It doesn’t work.” Today, 51-year old former cop Paul J. Garchek was charged with armed bank robbery and a bomb threat, seemingly in a failed attempt to try the trick shown in TV and in the movies. He’s facing more that 40 years behind bars if convicted. Man Shot By Rittenhouse Was Legally Carrying A Gun On August 25, 2020 Despite Years Of Inaccurate Reports

For almost four years, media sources, like KCE, have been reporting false information about Paul Prediger. Paul Prediger, formerly known as Gaige Grosskreutz, was shot by Kyle Rittenhouse on August 25, 2020 during the Kenosha riots. Prediger had a valid concealed carry license on August 20, 2020. He thought that police and prosecutors would know that. He was wrong. Kenosha Police Detective Benjamin Antaramian, who was the lead detective on the Rittenhouse case, told Prediger that he did not have a valid CCW license on August 25, 2020 – so did Binger. Grosskreutz was told by Kenosha prosecutor T. Clair Binger that his license had expired due to non-payment of the renewal fee. Prediger, trusting Binger and Antaramian, testified under oath that his concealed carry license wasn’t valid on the
