A 14-year-old Kenosha County child ran away from home this summer. Her mother then noticed inappropriate messages between her and numerous men on various social media platforms. She was located the same day.

The girl admitted to a Kenosha Sheriff Deputy that she had met up with two different male subjects she had met online. One was “Erik” and eventually identified as Kyle A. Mathe. The two exchanged graphic photos with each other. Since she is underage, he was charged with possession of child pornography in addition to the sexual assault charges.

The defendant said many sexually explicit and graphic things to the young girl before he drove to Kenosha County to have sex with her, unprotected. Mathe then told the child, “you better not cry rape.” The girl’s step-father was able to pull up surveillance footage that confirmed the man was at her house on the date and time in question.

According to messages retrieved via a search warrant, Mathe knew she was 14. A Kenosha County Sheriff’s Detective drove to Greendale and spoke to Mathe. He all but made a full confession. He did say that he thought she was 18, but then said, ‘well 16 or 17.”

    1. I don’t know. Way I figure it, hook some electrodes to the guy’s junk, hit him with 240 volts, not enough to kill immediately, but enough to hurt like hell. Keep the juice on until he’s good and cooked.

  1. Horrendous! In light of all this talk about pornography in the schools, how in the world do people not see anything wrong with sexualizing our children from their earliest years? Sadly, we are going to see more and more of this both of perpetrators and those being abused.

    1. You are correct. The good News is that we will have an endless supply of you men willing to work as pastors and priests.

  2. He will be somebody’s girlfriend in prison. And the girl….well, she grow up being an abuser….most victims end up with that mark.

  3. This is a growing problem! Especially when the courts say you have 130 years pending the charges, then give these guys probation! These people never change, once they taste it, they want it. In jail they only learn better ways not to get caught! These people will always want to claim mental issues, let’s be real. Check their backgrounds! Give them the amount to last their lifetimes, what they take from victims!! (EVEN if minor participates, they will always be damaged also, a life sentence)
