Rittenhouse Found Not Guilty On All Charges – KCE Editor Issue Statement on “Kenosha Guard”

Just after noon today in Kenosha, WI, the air we breathed smelled like justice and sweet liberty. Many of us Kenosha residents will sleep well tonight.

As we all knew would happen, Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges, even the gun possession and curfew citation. Kenosha DA Michael Graveley (D) issued the charges less than 48 hours after a pedophile, woman-beater and career criminal all seemingly tried to kill Kyle Rittenhouse, a then-17-year-old. Kyle defended himself, killing two and injuring the third. The prosecution pressed ahead, with no witnesses that supported their case. They tried to break so many rules to force a mistrial. The judge didn’t bite.

12 jurors were selected from Kenosha County to decide Kyle’s fate. They reached a unanimous verdict after more than three days of deliberation. This is the best justice system in the world. It has flaws because people have flaws, but it is the best none-the-less. This case codifies the second amendment and the right to self-defense. It also should caution us to beware of progressive prosecutors like Michael (Mike) Graveley (D) who act as legislators and charge crimes against people for actions that they believe should be illegal but are not.

Deneen Smith (D)

Far-left Kenosha News “journalist” Deneen Smith angrily left the courthouse after hearing the “not guilty” verdicts. She looked extremely mad. When asked if she was upset about the verdict, she gave a dirty look and scoffed. She then began tweeting about the need for gun control and blasting Rittenhouse and Tucker Carlson. She expressed her anger about the verdict and re-tweeted many tweets sympathizing with the career violent criminals including pedophile Joseph Rosenbaum. The Kenosha News, owned by Lee Enterprises, claims to be non-biased. They are not. Smith won’t sleep well tonight. She wanted Kyle to rot in prison. She didn’t get her wish.

Governor Tony Evers (D) sent out a statement saying that people should be free from violence. Unsure if he was talking about the three creeps that tried to kill Rittenhouse, or Rittenhouse himself.

Graveley also sent out a statement admitting defeat:

For 15 months, the far-left and believers of fake news have blamed my call-to-arms on the “Kenosha Guard” Facebook page for the death of two creeps and injury of another creep. Today, Kyle Rittenhouse was found innocent of ALL charges. The system worked like it was supposed to. Last year our city burned to the ground. Pedophiles, woman-beaters, and career criminals were allowed to run rampant and caused destruction to buildings, lives and our sense of safety. Our Mayor, County Executive, Sheriff and Governor, ALL Democrats, failed to request outside help from neighboring communities and president Trump. They have egg on their face. Rittenhouse was their fall guy. Not anymore. These politicians now own this alone. Kyle has been vindicated. I have been vindicated. Thank God for the United Stated of America!

Mark, Patricia McCloskey, and I had a discussion about the political prosecution of Kyle Rittenhouse. They had a personal experience with this. Kyle and his lawyers beat the politicians, much like the McCloskeys. They came out on top too, but only after a governor pardon.

At the end of the day, justice has been done. Even after the Kenosha DA’s office violated the constitution, pre-trial orders and committed other prosecutorial misconduct, they still lost. But we still need to stay vigilant and keep these types of zero-integrity prosecutors out of our communities.

Sleep tight!

  1. This Deneen Smith is one clueless-ass broad. One of her last tweets says “If anything, one of the things that hurt Kenosha was people over reporting on Kenosha’s losses. People from out of town talk to me like it was freaking Dresden. Like it’s a frightening wasteland instead of a lovely little city.”

Well, you are the one writing the stories you fucking moron. If this dumb ass broad has any issues with how the city was portrayed then she needs to look in the mirror because she has been the one writing most of the BS stories.

  2. well- God is good. burger king and backdoor blinger are both irrelevant has beens- good riddance.
kyle is free and a HERO. i hope he gets his rifle back soon. the defense team was so honest and the jury could see so. the bald defense team co-counsel-had tears in his eye- so genuine- as the verdict was announced. i was crying- we all cheered so loudly that yall could probably hear us all the way from florida. a sweet ending to a nightmare. kyle is the most brave young man- so poised- so patient. kyle was raised right by a good moma, wendy rittenhouse.

  3. Your articles have much more information than 99% of the others I’ve read.
It looks like you keep a good eye on Kenosha.
I’ll be keeping an eye on you.

You do good work and I appreciate it.
I’d rather donate directly than having my metadata sold. I’m sure you understand.
I looked for a donate button.
    I’ll be back. 😀

  4. Prosecution cheated? Yes they did.
Prosecution engaged in egregious misconduct and committed criminal acts.

    Who prosecutes the prosecutors?

HOT Government intends to file ethic and criminal complaints against the prosecutors.
HOT is in need of the court trial transcripts. Anybody wish to donate the court transcripts so we may mine the data in order to bring the D.A. ‘s to justice?

  5. Check out some reviews of what it is like working for Lee Enterprises. The only reporters they have are pathetic hacks like Deneen, who can’t do any better for themselves.

  6. Let’s not forget the Democratic Party fostered, in every major city across America on every night, for over a year, unspeakable depravity, violence, pillaging and destruction, the likes of which humanity hasn’t seen since the age of Ginghas Kahn, In regards to Rittenhouse being justifiably proven his innocence, let’s not forget those who paid the ultimate price now known as the Democrat Reign of Terror. Let us remember David Dorn who was gunned down protecting people’s property..

  7. I have an issue with DA Gravely’s statement. In the country I was born and raised in, self defense is not a priviledge, it’s our right as an American citizen.

You may resign from your job now Mr. Gravely for being a DA not understanding the constitution or the laws of the state along with your clown posse.
