TREVOR, Wis. — All four people arrested in the Trevor investigation that brought a major Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office and K-DOG response have now been officially charged, and the bond decisions handed down by Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey “Low-Bail” Braun varied sharply throughout the case. In one hearing earlier in the investigation, ADA Sarah Norkus requested a $7,500 cash bail for Thomas Wilton, but Braun actually set the amount higher at $10,000 cash. Later, as District Attorney Xavier Solis sought significantly larger cash bonds for multiple defendants, Braun reduced several of those requests while granting another in full, creating a wide range of bond outcomes among defendants accused in the same investigation.
