KENOSHA, Wis. — Tremell L. Powell, 21, of Kenosha, was ordered held on $25,000 cash bail Friday, October 9, by liberal activist supplemental court commissioner Tracey Braun after appearing on charges that he punched his seven-months-pregnant girlfriend in the stomach and face while driving recklessly with her three-year-old son in the back seat. According to the criminal complaint, Powell threatened, “I will kill you and the baby,” as he sped and swerved into oncoming traffic.
