
Kerry W Poltrock II, a Kenosha Fire-fighter was formally charged Thursday with 3 counts of Domestic Battery and 3 more counts of Disorderly Conduct with Domestic Abuse Modifiers.
The Kenosha County Eye has not received a copy of the criminal complaint as of Friday but will report back next week. Poltrock has admitted to slapping his wife in court in reference to this case.
The Racine District Attorney is handling the prosecution of this case as Kenosha DA Michael Graveley says he has a conflict.
Poltrock is expected in court on 10-29-2020 at 1:00pm. Fire Chief Charles Leipzig had previously said Poltrock is on administrative leave.
