KENOSHA, Wis. – A Racine man who has already been arrested twice this month on disorderly conduct allegations was back before Court Commissioner William Michel II on Thursday, this time charged with operating while intoxicated and multiple bail violations after deputies found him with vodka and unmarked prescription pills in his vehicle.
Forrest Weldon Schasker, 26, made his initial appearance on the new case, where bail was set at $750 cash. This comes after Schasker had already been given $150 bail on Aug. 4 and $300 bail on Aug. 11 in separate disorderly conduct cases.

According to the latest criminal complaint, Kenosha County deputies were called late Tuesday night to Highway 50 in Bristol, where they found Schasker’s SUV stuck in the median. As he stepped out, a bottle of vodka reportedly fell from the vehicle. Deputies described him as smelling strongly of alcohol, slurring his words, and unsteady on his feet. Schasker allegedly refused field sobriety testing and was arrested for OWI (1st offense).
A search of his SUV turned up an empty vodka bottle and three pill bottles with their labels destroyed. Deputies identified the pills as topiramate, bupropion, and hydroxyzine, leading to three counts of possessing illegally obtained prescription drugs. In addition, prosecutors filed five separate bail jumping counts, citing his previous bonds that barred him from drinking alcohol, committing new crimes, or possessing controlled substances.
The Aug. 19 arrest marks Schasker’s third in just over two weeks. On Aug. 2, he was accused of causing a scene at Mason’s Eatery & Pub, vomiting on the bar, threatening to kill patrons, and leaving without paying. On Aug. 9, he was arrested again after allegedly yelling at a Tobacco Barn clerk, challenging the store owner to fight, and making obscene gestures before police found him inside a nearby grocery store.
In total, Schasker now faces charges in three separate criminal cases filed within 17 days. Despite repeated violations of bond conditions, his bail across all cases totals only $1,200.
Schasker is scheduled to return to court Sept. 19 for a pre-trial conference in all three matters.

26, looks a rough 40. Clearly off-track with a loose nut. Recommended prescription: a cranial acid bath followed by a psych-epistomological re-wire, re-programming and re-boot. Hopefully, he can be saved.
