Spitting is all the rage, lately, in the NFL and even in CFB. (If memory serves, it might have cost Fla. their game v. South Fla. thanks to the penalty.) Anyway, the statute criminalizes spitting on prosecutors, but not defense lawyers! At least we know who the “elites” are in the criminal justice industrial complex. But don’t worry: our esteemed and learned lawmakers gave the defendant a possible defense. If the prosecutor consents to the spitting, it’s okay. What kind of goofs are making these laws? Read the statute numbered 941.375(2). Unreal.
Illinois is such a sh*t hole.
6 months minimum in prison for Spitting at a police officer.
NLT 1 year, if anyone spits in Anyone’s face.
This sick garbage needs to stop!
Democrat approved behavior
Maybe he’s mad that he’s still in the closet.
