KENOSHA, Wis. – A 19-year-old Kenosha man, Jared D. Gillis, was in court today and formally charged with third-degree sexual assault and felony bail jumping stemming from an alleged attack on his ex-girlfriend last month at the lakefront. Court Commissioner ordered a $10,000 cash bail, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 17th in front of Judge Anthony Milisauskas.
