KENOSHA, Wis. — A 39-year-old Kenosha man was in court today, charged with five misdemeanors after allegedly speeding away from police, refusing to pull over, and later resisting arrest while intoxicated. Alexander L. Jacobson was given only a $300 cash bail and is due back in court on December 10 for a judicial pretrial.
