KENOSHA, Wis. — A 57-year-old Kenosha man has been charged after police say he was selling crack cocaine from a home located just steps away from a child daycare center.
Robert E. Brown Jr., of the 1600 block of 61st Street, was charged Wednesday with possession with intent to deliver cocaine between 5 and 15 grams on or near a youth center, and maintaining a drug trafficking place on or near a youth center. Both counts include penalty enhancers because his residence was within 1,000 feet of The Treehouse Child Daycare Center on 63rd Street.
