PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Christopher S. Roberts, 44, of Kenosha, was charged today with second-degree recklessly endangering safety, battery, and disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon following a violent road-rage confrontation on May 20, according to a criminal complaint filed Friday. He was given a summons to appear in court on December 16 for his initial appearance.
