KENOSHA, Wis. — Just before 6:40 p.m. Friday, a burst of four or five gunshots rang out behind a home at 3309 24th Avenue, leaving one man dead and another claiming he had been shot in the head. As of 11 p.m., detectives, evidence technicians, and Medical Examiner Patty Hall remained on scene, working through an intensive investigation.

Also, get a Concealed Carry Permit (CCP) – and buying specific legal insurance for add-on protection in case you have to use it – a DA will file homocide charges, regardless if the action was justified – or the perp and its lawyer file civil charges to financially destroy you.
