KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man facing a felony domestic abuse case due to repeater allegations was released from custody Monday on a $350 cash bail, with Court Commissioner William Michel II also permitting contact with the alleged victim.

Commissioner Michel is inept. Kenosha needs to clean house and start over with judges, commissioners and guardian ad litems.
