SALEM LAKES, Wis. — What began as a dramatic late-night rescue atop a grain silo at Trevor Horn Feed has now fully transitioned into a criminal case, with prosecutors formally charging two men accused of trespassing, obstructing law enforcement, and damaging property during the incident.
