KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of causing an injury crash while intoxicated on Christmas Day was formally charged in court Thursday and given a $300 cash bail by Court Commissioner William Michel II.

I’m sure the judge will suspend his license, since the judge probably won’t notice: “operating without a valid license, second offense within three years”.
It’s all a circus with this clown. I guess it’s funny when there’s almost no repercussions for felony assault
