KENOSHA, Wis. — A Pleasant Prairie man charged with felony drunk driving was in court Tuesday, where Court Commissioner William Michel II set a $5,000 cash bail, despite the defendant facing a fourth-offense operating while intoxicated charge that carries the possibility of years in prison.
