KENOSHA, Wis. — Joseph C. Mazurek, 32, of Kenosha, was charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court on Wednesday with dozens of criminal counts related to alleged illegal recordings involving minors. Commissioner Michel set a $75,000 cash bail during Mazurek’s initial appearance and ordered that he have no contact with the victim, no unsupervised contact with any minors, and no access to the unit connected to the allegations.
