KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha woman who had just been released on a $750 cash bail set by Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II for allegedly assaulting her elderly mother in a felony domestic violence case was back in custody the very same day after prosecutors say she committed a string of new crimes, including threatening to kill police officers.

Michel is going to get someone killed he needs to be replaced!!!! He is a TERRIBLE attorney and is worst as a Commissioner if possible.
Oh enough of this crap. People such as this one, are mentally disturbed; time to bring back asylums for the criminally insane.
Ya think?
I heard rhe calls on the scanner for the nail salon (twice), the gym and starbucks… after that I didnt hear. So I missed the part from where they arrested her at the bank!
Oh sure, let’s get a mental health evaluation because she can’t abide by the law so she must have mental health issues!! I have mental health issues too, but I don’t go committing crimes because I know right from wrong!!! What BS!! Should everyone getting arrested then get a mental health evaluation?
She’s competent enough to beat on her 65 yr old mother, and cause grief at shops and a nail salon. So I think she’s competent to withstand a little jail time. Sassy girl- if you think you know it all, you definitely do not.
