KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man who was already out on no-cash bail for a second-offense drunken driving case is now accused of causing a crash that injured a 15-year-old student driver and a driving instructor before fleeing the scene because he feared going back to jail.

I suspect he’ll be given the same sentence: revocation and an ignition device, both of which he will ignore. He will get the same treatment because he didn’t kill anyone in the car. Michel keeps giving the same sentence and hoping for different results.

I would assume he blew the stop sign and the other car
