KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha woman accused of leaving an infant unattended and later attacking a family member with a bat is back in custody after Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II dramatically reduced a previously issued arrest warrant, though she remains behind bars after failing to post bail.
