SOMERS, Wis. — A Kansasville man accused of leading a Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputy on a high-speed pursuit reaching more than 125 miles per hour was ordered held Monday on a $35,000 cash bail by Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II after prosecutors said he endangered multiple motorists during a late-night chase through Somers and western Kenosha County.
