WHEATLAND, Wis. — A Delavan man who prosecutors say crashed a vehicle into a traffic signal pole while intoxicated and armed with a handgun in Wheatland more than four years ago was brought back before the court Monday after failing to appear while reportedly serving a prison sentence in Illinois. Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set a $10,000 cash bond after prosecutors requested $15,000.
