SOMERS, Wis. — An Illinois man accused of fleeing Kenosha County deputies at speeds reaching up to 130 miles per hour after allegedly attempting to steal more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Walmart was taken into custody Friday morning by the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office after a felony warrant had been issued for his arrest.
