KENOSHA, Wis. — Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II on Monday set a $50,000 cash bond for 32-year-old Kenosha man Louis Johnuel Matos-Falu, who is accused of operating a cocaine distribution operation involving drug shipments sent through the U.S. mail from Puerto Rico.

everyone should have a hobby…his was selling cocaine
Anyone remember how many people used to use heroin at the KCC? Those were the good ol’ days before heroin was taken over by fentanyl. Some might be surprised by just how many of Kenosha’s “well-respected” citizens also use cocaine. If you want to sell cocaine in Kenosha, you have to get approval from the Italians. This guy must have forgotten to renew his permit.
Send some of these cases to the feds. Kilos from PR? Felons with firearms? They won’t get 60 days with Huber
