SOMERS, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of firing a handgun from a moving SUV and tossing the weapon into a field during a traffic stop was ordered held Thursday on a $40,000 cash bond by Court Commissioner William Michel II after prosecutors argued he posed a significant danger to the public.
