KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha woman accused of repeatedly assaulting her partner over the course of several days appeared Thursday before Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II, where prosecutors sought a $2,000 cash bond and the court ultimately set a $1,000 cash bond with conditions after allegations that she struck her partner, damaged property, and resisted officers attempting to take her into custody.
