SOMERS, Wis. — A 61-year-old Kenosha man is facing multiple domestic abuse charges after prosecutors say he struck his adult daughter in the face during one incident and later pulled out chunks of her hair during another confrontation while intoxicated.

Good luck w him meeting those bail conditions. But the daughter isn’t helping any.
How many people actually go into recovery? A lot of time and effort is spent helping them to do so. Maybe the answer is to lock them in a room with all the booze they can drink then collecting them when it’s all over.
