Oh great- now she will sue KUSD because this was “all made up”? I find that hard to believe. She 100 percent would sue and make it about racism or discrimination if the alleged acts got her placed on leave, and would be detrimental to her professionally. KUSD is going to attempt to use a big broom to sweep this under the rug, and attempt to hide behind FERPA.
KUSD should simply produce all disciplinary records, investigative data, and redact any students names. That satisfies FERPA requirements, because no student is identified.
So she basically got 3-4 weeks of full pay and benefits to stay home ($9000.00) and came back to work because someone made all this up……… Will the administrators that wrongfully suspended this woman be held accountable?
