Felony Bail Jumping Charge Added After Kenosha Man Accused of Dragging Woman by Hair

KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man remained in custody Wednesday after being accused of dragging a woman by her hair during a domestic violence incident and then violating conditions of an existing court case. During his initial appearance Wednesday before Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low Bail" Braun, prosecutors requested a $3,500 cash bond and the court imposed the full amount sought by the State.
