PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — An Illinois man accused of attempting to force his ex-girlfriend into a vehicle outside a Pleasant Prairie Dairy Queen appeared in court Friday, where Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low-Bail" Braun set a $50,000 cash bail after prosecutors argued for an even higher amount. District Attorney Xavier Solis' office requested $75,000 cash bail, while the defense asked for a lower amount. Burnett remains in custody pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 28.
