KENOSHA, Wis. — Dejah A. Scott, 19, of Kenosha, and Vontrell D. Cooks Jr., 17, of Bristol, appeared in Kenosha County Circuit Court this month after prosecutors charged the pair following a May traffic stop that allegedly led police to a THC vape, marijuana, and a concealed handgun carried by the passenger.
