KENOSHA, Wis. — Four people accused of participating in a retail theft scheme targeting the Walmart in Somers are now facing felony charges in Kenosha County after authorities alleged they worked together to steal more than $1,100 worth of merchandise from the store.

Obviously brilliant alleged perps here. 4 people, $1173 retail value. Please, law enforcement, show them it’s just cheaper to buy the stuff? Or were they stealing beans n baby food? I doubt it. At least one won a ticket home, though.
They will plead to a lower misdemeanor charge and get a slap on the wrist. Kenosha DA is trash
