KENOSHA, Wis. — A Racine woman accused of stealing nearly $1,000 worth of camera equipment from a Pleasant Prairie Target was arrested Tuesday on a $15,000 cash arrest warrant that had been outstanding since June 9, the same day Kenosha County prosecutors filed a felony retail theft charge against her.
