KENOSHA, Wis. — A Racine man already facing multiple drunk-driving-related cases is now accused of violating two separate bonds after Kenosha police allegedly found him unconscious behind the wheel of a running SUV while his children had earlier reported being frightened by his driving.

Tracey “Low-Bail” Braun should be fired!
We can reasonably assume his prior cases ordered the same thing: “Braun also ordered Anderson not to possess or consume alcohol, controlled substances without a prescription, or drug paraphernalia, and prohibited him from driving without a valid license.” He was non-compliant previously, so is she just hoping he will comply this time? Do we just wait until he hurts someone innocent?
