
KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man already being held on a probation and parole hold is now facing a dozen criminal charges after investigators say he admitted receiving drug shipments through the mail for more than a year and serving as a distribution point for a drug trafficking organization operating out of his home near All Saints Elementary/Middle School.
