PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — An Illinois man accused of leading police on a high-speed chase into Pleasant Prairie allegedly continued fleeing even after officers successfully deployed two sets of stop sticks that appeared to flatten his pickup truck's tires. He was ordered held Monday on a $2,500 cash bond.
