KENOSHA, Wis. — Judge David O. Hughes on Monday ordered Ronald J. Mezera, 64, of Kenosha, to serve 120 days on work release after he pleaded no contest to Operating While Intoxicated (Third Offense), a sentence that critics say underscores the Kenosha judiciary's soft-on-crime approach to repeat drunk driving convictions.

OMG…. I knew this guy looked familiar and I couldn’t place where I knew him from! Yep, St Mary’s where the hypocrites themselves allow pedos to be priests. And y’all are always bitching about KUSD when that crap happened decades ago.
