KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man who has openly acknowledged using artificial intelligence to help prepare a barrage of lawsuits spanning state and federal courts has suffered another major legal setback after a federal judge dismissed two nearly identical civil-rights lawsuits and ordered him to explain why he should not be sanctioned for filing them.
