Illinois Pair Accused Of Using Forged Prescription To Obtain Promethazine At Kenosha Walgreens Face Felony Charges

KENOSHA, Wis. — Alexander S. West, 31, and Alexis West, 30, both of Naperville, Illinois, have each been charged in Kenosha County with one felony count of uttering a forgery as a party to a crime and one misdemeanor count of obtaining a prescription drug by fraud after prosecutors allege they used a forged prescription to obtain promethazine from a Kenosha Walgreens. The pair have each been summoned to appear for an initial appearance on Aug. 13, 2026, in Kenosha County Intake Court.
