KENOSHA, Wis. — James M. Bulik, 44, of Pleasant Prairie, has been charged with felony stalking after prosecutors allege he subjected his former girlfriend to a months-long campaign of harassment that included repeatedly contacting her after their breakup, allegedly scattering homemade metal tire spikes throughout her driveway, creating fake social media accounts to humiliate her, and repeatedly showing up near her home. Bulik is scheduled to make his initial appearance on Aug. 20, 2026, in Kenosha County Intake Court.
