KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha woman accused of scratching her 62-year-old husband until he bled and threatening to kill both him and his 11-year-old stepson was released Tuesday. Court Commissioner Alexandra Smathers ordered the no-cash bail and prohibited Katie L. Rivera, 43, of Kenosha, from contacting the alleged victim.
