KENOSHA, Wis. — Sarina N. Acosta, 18, of Kenosha, is accused of driving at more than double the legal alcohol limit before crashing her car into a utility pole, leaving a 16-year-old passenger with a fractured femur that required surgery. Despite the serious felony allegation, Court Commissioner Lisa Bouterse set only $750 cash bail during Acosta's initial appearance Friday.

🙈🙈🙈. You’re not teaching the 18 year old anything with only 750.00 . She needs to sit her ass in Jail as well
Who supplied the booze? 16 yr old out partying at 5am??
Sarinaaaaaaaaa OMGGGG girluhhhhhhhhhh
Look at her expression. I think she’s gonna blame you for this 🤣
Does she look remorseful to you? Just another entitled brat that will find anyone to blame but herself. That being said, she’s 18(legally an adult)and deserves to suffer consequences for her bad decisions. Underage drinking is a bullshit law anyway. If an individual can vote, marry, become a parent, work and live independently, buy a gun, join the military and all other so called “adult” things, they’re an adult…….period! Those that separated alcohol consumption pertaining adult decisions, declaring people aren’t old enough or responsible until age 21 are hypocrites for allowing all other adult responsibilities at age 18.
lock ts bitch up🤣🤣💯💯.
How can you double nothing? Because I’m pretty sure the legal limit for minors is 0.
If she was 17, I agree with you. She’s 18, legally an adult.
Why not $750 bail? Has she a violent record that would endanger public? Has she skipped out on bail before? Who cares then. No conviction yet. Not a fine.
Her PBT was pretty high for a person of her age and size. She was heavily intoxicated and endangered her life and safety as well as her passengers. She could have killed someone. I’m sure she feels really bad though…..
You have to trace the money. These judges and attorneys are bought by Soros. Surely, there’s something to find.
