KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of dragging his girlfriend from bed, preventing her from calling 911, and forcing her to grab his loaded handgun to stop the alleged attack was released Wednesday after a court commissioner set cash bail at just $650. Umair Iqbal, 29, is charged with felony intimidation of a victim-domestic abuse, misdemeanor battery-domestic abuse, and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. If convicted on all charges, he faces up to 10 years and nine months in prison and $36,000 in fines.
