Racine Woman Sentenced To 6 Years In Prison For Embezzling Hundreds Of Thousands From Kenosha Property Management Company

KENOSHA, Wis. — Sarah A. Benson, 46, of Racine, was sentenced Friday to six years in state prison followed by five years of extended supervision for embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from Elyon Property Management, a Kenosha property management company. Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Jason A. Rossell imposed the sentence Friday morning after hearing from the victim, attorneys and Benson.

  7. Another news outlet states she had to support her , drug addicted son-inlaw. That’s unacceptable. Why doesn’t he get arrested and split her sentence & the debt. He’s an able bodied young man. No reason he had to mooch to this extent! He ruined Sarah’s life. Was he a spoiled rich kid that expected everything handed to him? Did he bully her? Do the math please.

  8. Her drug addicted son in law bullied her. Hes #2 if not #1! I hope she appeals. These kids are pretty crafty on the computer. She probably wasn’t aware to the extent it went to. I hope he gets arrested it. Why didn’t he get a job and help pay the mortgage? Complete mooch. He ruined ger life.
