PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A 21-year-old Michigan woman accused of stealing nearly $2,500 worth of high-end electronics from the Pleasant Prairie Target was arrested Tuesday, two months after a Kenosha County judge issued a $3,500 arrest warrant for her. On Wednesday, Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum slashed Jadaca T. Myers’ bail to only $500 cash.
