TWIN LAKES, Wis. — A 38-year-old Twin Lakes man accused of sexually assaulting a minor and repeatedly touching her in ways she described as sexual was given no-cash bail Tuesday by Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum. William W. Eisel is also facing a separate domestic-abuse case stemming from a violent confrontation involving another man.

You know ever since Officer Flash and Captain Dennis Linn allegedly left town, all Twin Lakes has to hang their hat on is kiddy pervs instead of peeping Toms.
It’s a culture.
Yea, alot of sick fucks in twin lakes it seems. Watch your kids!
Let’s put this pervert in judge kellum’s kitchen with his wife and see how he likes it! Or maybe his daughter? Would he really trust this…So called gentlemen? Hmmmm……I wonder?
Love the cartoon
So funny how people comment dumb s*it on here not knowing that the accuser for the sexual assult is a habitual liar and has made accusations like this before and were false allegations! As far as the domestic, the other person didn’t have a scratch on him(was the one who initiated the fight to begin with)when the defendant had his documented, come on people! So quick to judge!
