KENOSHA, Wis. — A 39-year-old Kenosha man accused of kicking in a relative’s apartment door, frightening two young children, stealing an SUV and leading Pleasant Prairie Police on a dangerous pursuit exceeding 100 mph was charged Monday, October 19, 2026, with 21 criminal offenses, including 13 felonies. Deonta Lorenzo Graham, 39, of Kenosha, appeared before Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum, who set $100,000 cash bail. Graham, who has an extensive criminal history and was already out on bond in four separate criminal cases, is also accused of driving drunk for the third time and nearly striking several motorists before police used their new Grappler system to stop him. During Monday's hearing, concerns about Graham's competency were raised, prompting the court to order an examination.
