KENOSHA, Wis. — Jerome Kirk, 67, of Kenosha, faces seven criminal charges across two cases alleging he attacked the same 65-year-old man in September and again Thursday, when prosecutors say he drove an SUV directly at the man, punched him and chased him with a box-cutter-type object. Court Commissioner Daniel E. “Catch & Release” Kellum set a combined $4,500 cash bail during Kirk’s initial appearance Friday, October 23.
