KENOSHA, Wis. — A 45-year-old Kenosha woman accused of running a red light, crashing into another vehicle, injuring its driver, and fleeing the scene was arrested Sunday, October 25, 2026, approximately 17 months after a bench warrant was issued for her arrest. Anna M. Stachura, also known as Ann-Marie Rose Stachura, appeared in Kenosha County Circuit Court Monday afternoon, where cash bail was ordered in connection with felony hit-and-run involving injury and misdemeanor cocaine possession charges.
